Waydroid – Android in a Linux Container
waydro.idSadly useless unless you stick to Gnome or KDE. Those of us who use the other desktops, such as Mate, XFCE, LXDE, Budgie, etc etc do not have a Wayland server to make use of this application. The earlier version which worked on regular xorg Anbox seems to have suffered serious bitrot as its developer focuses on Anbox Cloud, at Canonical's behest. It's sad to me that this is the state of affairs, where Android apps can run on Windows but not apparently on Linux.
