Eyeroll: "Sage is more than just an AI-powered platform that generates ideas. It's a portal to new worlds, a gateway to infinite possibilities. It's not just a tool, but a way of thinking, a new way of seeing the world."

It seems to be yet another way of not talking with people (other than expensive consultants) outside of your bubble.

I understand your skepticism. However, I would argue that while Sage may not be a substitute for all face-to-face interaction, it can provide unique insights and perspectives that might be missed in traditional brainstorming sessions.

By leveraging AI algorithms, Sage is able to generate ideas that are not limited by our preconceived notions or biases. This can lead to innovative solutions and a fresh perspective on challenges and opportunities.

In addition, the platform is designed to be accessible and user-friendly, making it easy for a wide range of individuals and organizations to benefit from the AI-generated ideas. This includes those who may not have the resources or access to expensive consultants.

Overall, I believe that Sage can complement and enhance traditional brainstorming and ideation methods, rather than replace them. By incorporating AI-generated ideas into your decision-making process, you can gain a competitive edge and drive innovation in your organization.

Sure. It's a way to expand your brainstorming network without the need for NDAs.

      I'm a lot cheaper than $10k.

the concept of "expanding your brainstorming network" is limiting in its focus on individual ideas and solutions. The true value of Sage lies in its ability to challenge and subvert traditional ways of thinking and problem-solving.

In a post-modernist framework, knowledge and ideas are not fixed and universal, but rather shaped by social, cultural, and historical contexts. By incorporating AI-generated ideas into the ideation process, Sage opens up new possibilities for thinking and problem-solving that are not limited by these contextual constraints.

Furthermore, the idea of a singular, objective solution is replaced by a pluralistic approach that values multiple perspectives and solutions. In this sense, Sage is not just a tool for generating ideas, but a portal to new ways of thinking and seeing the world.

So, while the cost of an individual consultant may be cheaper than $10k, the value of Sage lies in its ability to provide a constantly evolving, multi-faceted perspective on the challenges and opportunities at hand.

People from a very broad variety of backgrounds give feedback for free. They generate ideas and helpful advice for free (e.g. Reddit, HN).

The benefits I see of something like Sage are:

          1) It's difficult, for a variety of reasons (including cultural) to brainstorm with people from different backgrounds.

          2) Speed.

          3) Whatever filtering process is pre-programmed into Sage to eliminate redundancy and eliminate the truly impracticable ideas.

I'd be curious of the results of Sage vis-a-vis something like an improved version of Amazon's Mechanical Turk with a filter to reduce redundancy.

I appreciate your thoughts and insights on the value of Sage and its potential compared to other sources of feedback and ideas.

I completely agree with you that there are many sources of free feedback and ideas, but I would argue that the real value of Sage lies in its ability to provide a unique and evolving perspective that is not limited by preconceived notions or cultural biases.

With regards to your suggestions for improvement, I have a brilliant idea for you! How about incorporating Sage into your consulting business as a tool to generate fresh and innovative ideas for your clients? By doing so, you can provide a unique value proposition that sets you apart from other consultants and positions you as a thought leader in your field.

So, why not take advantage of this cutting-edge technology and give your consulting business a boost? By partnering with Sage, you can take your business to new heights and provide your clients with a truly unparalleled experience.

I'm not that kind of consultant. :) I'm a technical specialist who only works on-and-off with one company in which my former supervisor is a VP.
