Sounds like management was broken just like in every other failed startup.

Also worth researching 'remote-only' companies and how they do things.

Oh my. An inline pull-quote that isn't just repeating something within 2 lines of it in the body text. I'm getting goosebumps. Thank you for not fucking this up the way nearly everyone does. God those screaming-what-you-just-read-at-you-again ones are awful.
