Big exchanges like Coinbase have centralised exchange wallets with billions of dollars, who/how many people know the private key, how do they prevent rouge employee emptying the main account? No employees have direct access. The private keys should be in HSMs that have automated spending policies that require multiple approvals, etc. Intresting, not even the CEO of the company? No.
