Microsoft is giving U.S. salaried employees unlimited vacation

Unlimited PTO is a trap. For every 12 week vacationer, there are 5 people who take less than 2 weeks a year because they feel bad taking time. It really rewards those who can take advantage of the system, and punishes those who have an overdeveloped sense of professional responsibility.
