Can I get a resume review?

The startup I was working for went under last week. I've been out of the job market for going on 7 years now and I'm struggling to get feedback on my resume.

I'm ideally looking for Software Engineering Manager or Team Lead roles. Currently I am based in the EU but could consider a move to the US, so I would appreciate feedback from US based hiring managers.
