Twitter is now an editorial media and no longer a social media platform

I don't think the recent changes at Twitter would affect how section 230 applies.

This long running attempt to heavily qualify/greviously restrict who gets the ability to host user content without being terrorized but their users is a very weird demented twist on what the cheese intent was, which was a broad protection for sites to make most of them not responsible for users. Being picky somewhat about what you host doesn't change that.
