Gumroad raises fees to 10% flat

1) there's no detail how increased earning will result in reduced fees (but that's the existing tier structure, so probably not properly edited)
2) "does not include credit card processing or PayPal fees" - does this mean it is 10% + extra payment processing fees?
That is the old verbiage, with the current plan, hitting a certain level gets you down to 3% including all fees.
