GOVNO: A Better Way to Manage Projects

Yeah, this has to be an April Fool's joke; "govno" is a Russian word for sh1t. Of course, project management could improve very substantially and still be sh1t. (I do not deprecate the discipline of project management per se, but its use within organizations is to cover for two inconvenient facts: (1) the business processes are not understood and (2) managers do not know how to, and dare not, do their jobs.)
