So, eating carbs not only feels good in the moment, it is also directly linked with lowering depression! /s :D

In my own personal experience, I notice a dramatic and direct link between my mental state and how my gut feels (potentially vice versa as well), so this tracks for me. It's exciting to see all of this research coming out about new novel ways which we may improve mental health treatments.
