Would a third party improve US politics?
The US currently has a two party political system. Would establishing a third party improve the US political system? The idea is that if a third party could establish a small but impactful percentage of the population (~15%) then it would force more cross party discussion and concessions. The 3rd party would have to be divisive enough to split from the two established parties and take members from both established parties.
