Digital Ocean vs. Vultr vs. AWS for minimal downtime?

What’s everyone’s server provider of choice when it comes to minimal downtime? I have 20 servers on Vultr in Sydney and they’re mostly reliable with a few hiccups over the years but very solid recently with only one this year across all my servers. AWS I have about 10 servers and almost never issues there. And then DigitalOcean just released their new Sydney servers (finally) so I’m curious on how reliable they are with regards to downtime.

I was under the impression that AWS gives no SLAs on an individual instance level or even an AZ level, but a region should always remain up (obviously they're not 100% at that), therefore you need to thoroughly ensure your config is multi-AZ and pay AWS accordingly.

As far as actual observed reliability, I'm curious to hear any others' experiences, but that seems pretty anecdotal.

Correct, but I prefer to understand the actual downtime experienced by people over the years (eg data centre issues, network issues, unplanned server maintenance) as that data seems hard to find centrally.

Anecdotal, but I've been hosting four sites with Digital Ocean since 2014 and have never had unplanned downtime. Once or twice they've migrated my droplets to new hardware in the middle of the night, but that's always with tons of notice and for my needs is perfectly acceptable.
