Palace of the Parliament (Romania)

I had the great fortune to attend a RIPE meeting which held its social here in a minor ante room, leading to some larger meeting room which in turn was but an anteroom to the main room.

If you've watched the film shot in one take of the palace in St Petersburg, this is trying to achieve the same effect in badly poured concrete. I'd be amazed if there aren't significant structural concerns with the edifice. It's a tart in a fur coat.
