Never feel bad for blocking ads; YouTube's system sucks

Blocking ads since at least 2005, never felt bad, I don't need it in my life, I wouldn't use the service if I had to watch ads. The way things are advertised is too distracting. I'm not interested in banners and such, but if for example a company would post something interesting, like a car company would make a post about the history of tires or how their new engines work I would probably read that, and I would be interested to look at their new cars. It's the loud soap opera I can't stand. I like to engage with content on my own accord.
