Nomad 1.4 Adds Nomad Variables and Updates Service Discovery

This is great, not having to set up Consul or Vault makes an easy deployment process even easier. Upgrades are just as easy, just replace the binary, restart the cluster one node at a time and that's it. Never had any issue with Nomad in production in the past ~ 2 years.
