Questions I can ask My Customer Support head and CEO
I work for a small software company, eventually plan to start my own venture. I get to talk to My Customer Support head and CEO who have approximately 20 years of experience, what should I be asking them specifically? In terms of running a business I'm not sure what you are asking for. Do you want to ask about how to improve the current business or about some trick you can use in your future business? Basically, trying to see if I can avoid the mistake they did and learn from their experience. Use the infinity-wishes trick. "Are we allowed to contact you offline on occasion? Should we expect that you'll get back to us?"
