Lessons from Fast’s Implosion: How not to scale a startup

This was well written and the author seems experienced and good intentions.

But…. The advice provided is borderline common sense to any/most experienced entrepreneurs.

Which is not an indictment of the OP / author but rather a validation of just how grossly mismanaged Fast was at even the most fundamental levels.
