But if you give an incentive to a child to sign up with an adult birthdate (actually getting onto the site), I don't know that this actually helps solve the problem.
Back in the day you had to put in credit cards to sites for a "test-charge of 1.00" to make sure you were an adult. I wouldn't do that nowadays. So what do we do?
