Show HN: Wwwdot.org Browser Start Page

This is simply a search engine homepage with a random background from unsplash. Searches are done using Ecosia. I wanted a simple browse start page that loads fast and looks nice.

I discovered last week that wwwdot.org was available, so I registered it and whipped up this page. What do you think? What would you add? Change?
