Forbes Cloud 100 List for 2022

The list has companies from 9 countries. Here is the break down:

* Australia - 1 * Canada - 1 * China - 1 * Finland - 1 * India - 1 * Netherlands - 1 * Germany - 4 * UK - 4 * United States - 86

I was bothered by the fact that the entire EU has only 6 companies in the list but again I couldn't think of any other companies from EU. India and China surprisingly only have 1 each.

From a quick glance, Notion has the highest valuation per employee (10 Billion USD for 350 employees).

Some of the companies are really bloated imo. Canva has 3100 employeee? Seriously? Yardi lists 8000 employees but no valuation? 8000 seems like a lot, no? That's the same as Stripe, that has a 90 billion USD valuation.

Never knew Canva had $40 billion valuation. Literally no one I know uses it - people either stick with Powerpoint/Google slides or use pro Adobe products. Is it really that popular?
