Sovereign Unicorns: Jiaolong, a $1B Private City in China

This is just a planned city and it's something that the U.S. has done quite a bit of, contrary to the post's indication that the U.S. is incapable of such. I'm glad to see these experiments, but it would have only taken 2 minutes of research to see there is nothing "sovereign" about Jiaolong, it's a city in China governed by China.
