Ask HN: Software Developer KPI
I have been working for 4 companies in the past 10 years but I haven't encounter a KPI that is used to increase my salary. Its all gut feeling I guess based on my contribution to the project. I think the fact that I worked on small-medium software companies. Does KPI is a relliable indicator to know someone's worth as a software developer? If it does what are the indicators you used in your present coompany? Thanks
