Switching from Google Workspace to Zoho – The Good, the Bad and the Buggy

If I'm understanding correctly, the deal-breaker that's stopping you from using Zoho's office suite editors is the challenge in collaborate with other gmail users, is it? Is there anything else you'd like to see, that will help you consider other Zoho Workplace apps?
