Tenets at Amazon

Just my opinion but - I think amazon is both incredibly successful and scary.

ANECDOTE WARNING:

I've had numerous colleagues and friends work with Amazon and they all seem to either leave within a year or two, or change in ways I don't find kind. I appear to always be only a step or two away from calling Amazon a cult. . . but they are successful.
