I'll be honest, I'm pretty amazed this is something people pay for. I presume its market is non technical users who've somehow ended up hosting their own site?
I like the idea, but I think pricing is very overcomplicated. I personally use Tally.so for my form, and I like the simplicity of their pricing.
I totally agree with you, the pricing is more complex than aws! To OP you should really simplify your pricing
