Terrible timing to try to show you should buy a house with stablecoin. And because the buyer is unknown, there's no reason to think it's not a dog-and-pony show wash trade to impress the marks.
Or a new avenue for money laundering, or simple asset flight. If KYC is really part of the equation, what’s the point of crypto except that cashing out crypto requires someone buying in. Maybe that’s the angle, trade my crypto to someone else for something actually valuable, then I can cash that valuable thing out. A good way to escape the greater fool search.
