A chilling Russian cyber aim in Ukraine: Digital dossiers

I've had two website ideas for similar products: basically mixing facial recognition and OSINT collection to build dossiers and relationship graphs of people, allowing users to search the databases for a cryptocurrency fee. The hard part is hitting the critical mass of submitted and vetted dossiers to make it worth the while for people to search it.
