Ask HN: How do you meet other remote developers?
Being a remote developer is great, but how are others finding, meeting other developers and building out their network?
I am interested in ways others are meeting other developers to learn faster and grow their careers. Discord. Join the Discords for everything you use. You will meet people. I found this server called - Multiprocess Community[0] posted on Hacker News in January(?). A lot of HN users joined that server so the vibe is similar to HN, compared to a random tech server. Remote developers are plenty, you will find them everywhere Twitter, reddit, discord as other commenter mentioned, facebook groups, hacker news I try to avoid them. Many developers are a bit odd and I prefer to hang out with normal people after work.
