Backstage 1.0

At my company I've been a heavy promoter of Backstage and so far it's been a wonderful journey. The main thing to realize is that you can't just "deploy Backstage" and be done with it. Rather, you use it as a base and then customize it to fit your organisation. This is fundamentally different from other tooling in the same space, that requires you to change the way your organisation works to fit the tool.

I know its an internal tool for devs, but wow that UI is ugly.
