Ukraine and Russia draw up neutrality plan to end war
ft.comIt hurts to say it, but I highly doubt these steps are the end of it, they look unbalanced and favouring Russia, given the situation. The revolution of 2014 was concluded by protesters not accepting the result of the "deal" made politically, and the President fleeing as a consequence.
