Ask HN: Coursera Certificates Not Working?

Are there any Coursera software engineers or PMs that could help me?
I am currently taking the iMBA, a joint Coursera/University of Illinois @ Urbana Champaign (UIUC) MBA degree: https://www.coursera.org/degrees/imba . To get credit for a UIUC course, you need to show a Coursera certificate from the associated course. However, UIUC insists that the Coursera certificate must come from an automated feed they have with Coursera - you can't just directly link them the certificate online.
I've had no problems for the last 2 years (2020, mid 2021) but starting this year, UIUC is saying they didn't receive my completed certificate from Coursera. I'm trying to work with support but each side seems to point the finger at the other.
I was hoping that there's some Coursera engineer or PM out there that can poke around and see why my completed certificate information isn't making it to UIUC's grading system. Failing that, would appreciate an escalation point.
