Hetzner support probably has a lot of cases where they are approached in error by angry customers. Being (wrongly) accused of hostile action in war is probably a new one even for them.

we don't know what happened. Maybe they got hacked and are too embarrassed to admit it.
Or the server was a target of DDOS and Hetzner had to shut it down for operational reasons.
