Reflets coincidentally invites itself in the Ukrainian police cars

The title is not a great summary. The cars were using dash cams with default passwords, so white-hat hackers could observe their operations. But when said hackers informed the Kyiv PD through the UA embassy in Paris, the problem was corrected. (shew!)
