Computer chip industry begins halting deliveries to Russia

This is what I'm talking about. Russia may have energy resources and their aging military hardware, but what they don't have is tech. Developing their own tech will take them forever, in the mean while - send them back to the stone age. I know what some of you will say - what about China? China is at best Russia's frenemy if you know your history and I doubt it's in Putin's plans to become China's bitch.
