Ask HN: Is Russia taking down kyivpost.com?
A major Ukrainian media outlet appears to be down. Is Russia behind it? How might you go about investigating this more methodically? I posted the results I gathered when I tried to reach it from a VPS in Poland.

If it is true, this might be one of the most chilling examples of a modern war, by including "cyber war" as a part of their strategy.
