Cool project! Though I have to say it’s kind of funny to see a powerful microcontroller with custom firmware used for something that you can get cheap, dedicated ICs for. Capacitive touch is easy to do with any number of ICs, no firmware required.
Thanks. Probably useful to remember that this isn't a production run of thousands of units, and I already had the WROOM board on hand…
