D-Wave to go public after $1.2B merger deal with SPAC

Probably a good idea to go through a SPAC rather than IPO in this current tech market, not to mention all the haters that have been trolling them for years.

I am looking forward to seeing the financials when they come out, if they are where I expect, I'll buy.
