Ask HN: Are there privacy-focused emailing services?

Hi HN,

I'm part of a non-profit sport club that uses a Constant Contact for emailing service but some members are annoyed about the use of tracking links (both philosophically and because the resulting links being blocked by Pi-hole or other tracking blockers).

Are there any emailing services that don't track recipients?
