This core criticism is exactly the point. Not everyone wants responsibility for the company's success on their shoulders. It's kinda nice to work a 9-to-5 and not have that stress in your life, while still having a cushy income.

I assume he was mad because he couldn't get those Google employees to come work for him at whatever peanuts level of compensation he was offering.
