I've been trying to transfer money from Chime to another bank that doesn't support Plaid. I've been told from Chime that I'm "shit out of luck" and to "try again later".

It has been 3 days and haven't gotten any response other than "Keep an eye out for an email message from our Member Services team!".

Supposedly, my email was put in the priority queue, but haven't received a response in almost 24 hours when they said I would "definitely receive a response in 2 hours".

To me this seems highly illegal that I can't initiate a transfer from Chime and my money is just "stuck" until they get back to me. Or I close my account and they send a check in 30 business days in the mail.
