drumcircle.ioI spent the last 4 years as an engineering leader at a high growth startup, where almost half my time focused on hiring and the hiring process to grow the team.
That lead me to build Drumcircle to try and help bring better candidate experience through a "magic link" landing page for candidates. Internally, you might have Greenhouse with all the stages, interview notes, files, invites, etc but the candidate and recruiter still coordinate everything via email tag.
I wanted to create a simpler and more transparent experience for the candidate while also minimizing the effort for recruiters. This is actually really great. I'd love the option for a hiring manager to show the time for each portion of the process as well in that sidebar UI. That would demystify the process greatly. Haha, definitely agree on this and great idea on exposing a timeframe for different stages, will definitely look into getting this implemented. It would also be really cool if it showed (instead of a timeframe set by the recruiter) the actual median time for that stage for others, but I'm not sure if recruiters would be comfortable not having "control" of that number. But even a recruiter/company set timeframe would definitely help the candidate understand and I think would still help keep the recruiters honest. Thanks for the feedback!
