Ask HN: Covid caught you? – How has pandemic changed your business or career?
I was talking recently with my friend and sharing our observation on the topic of pandemic influence. We both are business owners and have noticed several different effects on the business (note: businesses with a technology background). I wondered what others observed in their business and/or career that they would never expect to happen? What I see (in a tech background company) and in general is, that the due to a lot of remote work instead of working in the office productivity and communication has suffered. Also, due to the pandemic, I've experienced spontaneous bursts of depressions and the feeling of loosing motivation and anxiety. I have heard this from colleagues and friends as well. Agreed, we both noticed this as well. Although pandemic allowed us to develop a few exciting side projects, productivity run slowly from time to time.
