Mark Cuban's drug company launches pharmacy, promising savings on generics

This almost sounds too good to be true. I checked the prices here vs GoodRx and it is significantly cheaper. For example, Metformin is $4.5 instead of $11.5. Mesalamine is $36 instead of $112

Trying to understand why large chains like Walmart/Costco doesn't do this already.
