RSS is still awesome. Some tips for trying it in 2022

One idea I'm looking at implementing: Separate RSS feeds per topical-text-file. I keep my own organization of text files on various topics. At the bottom of each file where RSS updates would be helpful, I place an RSS heading, and underneath it I run a snippet that shows recent RSS updates for that topic only.

The upside of this is that you can work around the need for an "information diet" because you're narrowing it down to one specific RSS topic in the first place, and you're getting a simple, topical feed based on a single current interest-of-focus.

Inspired by my current feed reader which has this absolute information-zoo feeling to it. :D

Just an idea but it shouldn't be too hard to get going.
