Scaffoldable: A new way to hire data engineers

Hello everybody! I've scaled a data engineering team at my current company from just myself to 10 people over this past year. As part of that effort, I designed our internal technical interviewing loop for data engineers, and candidates who've tried it out have said it's both challenging and refreshing.
