What tech companies have external referral programs?
I'm curious why this isn't more prevalent, given that it is so difficult to hire right now. I guess that it would encourage spam, and less-qualified leads. As an employee, I would know better how to screen for culture fit than a random person on the internet. I would also have a vested interest in finding good people since I would have to work with them.
