Ask HN: Is the Startup Owner's Manual still a relevant guide?
My latest venture has petered out after 8 years and is no longer profitable. I'd like to start something new. Is this book by Steve Blank and Bob Dorf still a good guide in 2021? Yes, it is. I tried a new venture a few months ago, following more modern guides (the Mom test, Lean Canvas, all that), and they were not as useful as the Startup Owner's Manual.
