GitHub not behaving reliably this morning
getting persistent errors here when trying to submit / merging PRs via the API or the web UI in the last few hours. https://githubstatus.com/ hasn't any report of anomallies. YMMV.
P.S. simple reproducer - https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-cask/tree/master/Casks gets me a 500
