COP26: Plant-based is not the answer to climate change

I’ve read this twice and I can’t find any evidence or even reasoning presented. Am I missing something?

To me, this reads as “X is not the answer to Y; I am more rational than X-lovers; Y is a hard problem. X is not the answer” with lots of filler.

I'm a little depressed that this a minority viewpoint.
