The Modern Data Stack Ecosystem – Fall 2021 Edition

I really think there is a lot more value in finely tuning a data stack for its use case, and the people maintaining it having a more deep (if harder to get) knowledge and understanding of it. Also, them putting their product in the stack with no alternatives (one of two that don't have any) leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
